Si le navigateur dit que le fichier est dangereux → cliquez Conserver ou Garder quand même (pas Supprimer).

Ouvrez Téléchargements (Ctrl+J). Double-cliquez rustdesk…exe. Si Windows affiche « protégé votre PC » → Informations complémentaires → Exécuter quand même. Suivant → Installer.

Open Downloads (Ctrl+J). Double-click rustdesk…exe. If Windows says « protected your PC » → More info → Run anyway. Next → Install.

3Configurer le serveur AptitudeSet Aptitude server

Ouvrez RustDesk → menu ⋮ à côté de votre ID → Réseau → Déverrouiller. Collez les valeurs ci-dessous :

4Donnez votre numéro IDGive your ID number

En haut à gauche de RustDesk — lisez le numéro au technicien.

5Autoriser la connexionAllow the connection

Quand le technicien se connecte, une fenêtre RustDesk apparaît sur Windows — cliquez Accepter (ou Accept).

When the technician connects, a RustDesk window pops up on Windows — click Accept.

Si on vous demande un mot de passe, lisez le mot de passe à usage unique affiché en haut de la fenêtre RustDesk (ou celui que le technicien vous a donné).

If asked for a password, read the one-time password shown at the top of RustDesk (or the one your technician gave you).

Téléchargez le paquet pour votre distribution, installez, puis configurez le réseau comme Windows.
